Extending the unemployment benefits may help some- but that will temporarily ‘fix’ the situation, as we will find ourselves dealing with this issue 3 months from now. US Congressional Representatives make $174,000 a year. Congresswoman Janice Schakowsky racked in $240,000 last year. I think not only is it time for minimum wage for Congress, but term limits too!
